Chuck's Tender Dog

Ingredients
- 3 Chuck's chicken tenders
- 1 brioche finger roll
- 1 cheddar cheese slice
- 2 rashers crispy bacon
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons crispy fried onions
STEP 1
Air fry the tenders:
Air fry the 3 Chuck's chicken tenders at 170°C for 14 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
STEP 2
Crisp the bacon: While the tenders cook, fry or grill the 2 rashers crispy bacon until crispy.
STEP 3
Toast the roll: Split the 1 brioche finger roll and toast cut-side down for extra crunch and to stop it going soggy.
STEP 4
Build the dog: Lay the 1 cheddar cheese slice in the warm roll first so it melts slightly. Stack in the tenders and 2 rashers crispy bacon, drizzle over the 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce, then finish with the 2 tablespoons crispy fried onions.
Serve with your favourite chips and a side of coleslaw!
